About the Property

The "Tulugan" meaning a place to sleep houses the Tuminugan Permaculture Farm School: A Permaculture learning site for students or a quiet place to retreat is an old chapel renovated into six rooms and six bathrooms, fits a total of 24 people, dormitory-style.

The structure has a wrap-around deck, its own rainwater catchment for drinking, and a DIY water heater. The area boasts of a complete organic food and livestock installation wrapped around by a moving stream, surrounded by the forest and present wildlife such as civet cats, the Philippine Barking Deer, and a multitude of bird species.
